Sr. Social Media Manager

Own Mixlar's voice as we build in public. You'll turn every iteration, test, and launch milestone into stories people actually want to follow — and grow the community around the M1X.

What you'll do

• Run our channels day-to-day — plan, shoot, edit, post, and engage across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Discord
• Build the “building in public” narrative: behind-the-scenes, build logs, and the road to Kickstarter
• Grow and energize our Discord and creator community
• Work directly with the founders on brand voice, campaigns, and the launch

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running social for a brand or creator — ideally in hardware, tech, audio, or maker spaces
• A track record of growing an audience from scratch
• Strong short-form video instincts (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Sharp writing and a real feel for tone and voice

Nice to have

• Comfortable on camera
• Experience with a crowdfunding or Kickstarter launch
• Roots in the creator, gaming, or audio communities

Open role

3D Modeler

Design · Full-time / Contract · Remote

Help shape the hardware itself. We've done 200+ print-bed iterations to get the M1X right — you'll own the CAD and the details that make it feel right in the hand.

What you'll do

• Model enclosures, faceplates, and mechanical parts in CAD
• Iterate on the print bed — tolerances, snap-fits, fit and finish
• Work with our lead engineer on design-for-manufacturing (3D printing and injection molding)
• Prototype, assemble, stress-test, and refine until it's right

What we're looking for

• Strong parametric CAD skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Hands-on 3D printing experience — PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS
• An eye for tolerances and mechanical detail (we refine to 0.05mm)
• A portfolio of physical products you've designed and built

Nice to have

• Experience designing for injection molding
• Knowledge of mechanical keyboards, faders, or switches
• Familiarity with electronics enclosures
