At Mixlar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return a product for a refund. By purchasing from Mixlar, you agree to the terms described below.
You may return eligible products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price. The delivery date is determined by the carrier's delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Products that have been customized to your specifications are non-returnable. Custom orders include but are not limited to:
Important: Custom products are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please review your custom order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Products explicitly marked as "Sale is Final" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable. This designation will be clearly displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Digital goods including software licenses, plugin purchases, and icon packs are non-returnable once delivered or activated.
Gift cards and store credit are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Step 1: Log in to your Mixlar dashboard and navigate to the Orders section. Locate the order you wish to return.
Step 2: Send an email to support@mixlar.net with the following information:
Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within one (1) business day. If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
For approved returns within the standard 30-day window:
You are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping. Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are processed within five to seven (5-7) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped:
Important: Custom orders should be cancelled as quickly as possible. Once production has begun on a custom device, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to the non-returnable custom order policy described in Section 4.1.
