Order & Shipping

Order & Shipping

Once you place an order it goes from paid, to processing, to shipped, to delivered. You can see what stage yours is at any time from your dashboard.

Track your order

Head to your dashboard and click any order. You'll see what stage it's in, the tracking number once it ships, and the estimated delivery date.

How long it takes

Most orders ship 2–5 business days after payment clears. If yours is taking longer than that, we'll let you know what's going on — we don't leave you guessing.

If your Mixlar isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Every device also comes with a 12-month warranty against defects.

One thing: custom builds — custom housing, engraving, or special configurations — and anything marked "Sale is Final" can't be returned. If you're not sure whether your order qualifies, email us and we'll check.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and find the order you want to return.
  2. Email support@mixlar.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We usually approve within one business day.
  3. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it, stick it on the box, drop it off.
  4. We inspect the device when it arrives, then refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty

Defects in materials & workmanship

If something on your Mixlar breaks during the warranty period and it's not from accidental damage, we'll repair or replace it. Things that are covered:

  • Hardware that stops working on its own
  • Bad buttons, sliders, knobs, or encoders
  • Display or LED failures
  • USB or Bluetooth that won't connect

To file a claim, email support@mixlar.net with your order number, your device's serial number (printed on the bottom of the unit), and a quick description of what's going wrong. We get back to you within two business days.

Orders
As long as it hasn't shipped, yes. Email support@mixlar.net and we'll cancel it and refund you. If it's already on the way, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then start a return.
Device
First, make sure you're on the latest version of Mixlar Control. After that, try a different USB cable or port — that fixes it more often than you'd think. On Bluetooth, unpair and re-pair the device from your system Bluetooth settings. If none of that works, send us your device's serial number and we'll dig in.
It's printed on a label on the bottom of the unit, and you can also see it in your dashboard under Devices if you've registered the device.
Warranty
Yep. The 12-month warranty covers your device wherever you are — we'll handle return shipping for warranty claims.
The warranty stays with the original order and isn't transferable. If you bought a Mixlar second-hand and something's wrong, get in touch anyway — we'll see what we can do.
