Fix connection and software issues

Once your order is placed, you can track its progress from your dashboard. Every order moves through four stages: Paid, Processing, Shipped, and Delivered.

How to track your order

Sign in to your Mixlar Dashboard, go to Orders, and click on any order to see its current status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in your dashboard.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. International shipping times vary between 5–15 business days depending on your location.

We want you to love your Mixlar. If it's not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Orders

Orders marked as “Sale is Final” or custom orders (such as custom housing, engraving, or special configurations) are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Eligibility

Standard (non-custom) items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included. Devices that show signs of physical damage, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Follow these steps to initiate a return for an eligible order.

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and go to Orders. Locate the order you'd like to return.
  2. Email support@mixlar.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Ship the device back in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Every Mixlar device comes with a ✓ 12-Month Limited Warranty starting from the date your device is shipped.

We stand behind our products. Our 12-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage
  • Defective buttons, sliders, knobs, or encoders
  • Display or LED failures
  • Connectivity issues (USB or Bluetooth)

Not covered

Physical damage from drops or impacts, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic wear and tear, and damage caused by third-party accessories or software.

If you believe your device has a defect covered under the 12-month warranty, follow the steps below to file a claim.

Steps to file a claim

Have your order number and device serial number ready before getting started.

  1. Verify your warranty status in your dashboard — your device's warranty start date is shown on your order details.
  2. Email support@mixlar.net with your order number, device serial number, and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us diagnose faster.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement device or arrange a repair. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label to return the defective unit.

Turnaround time

Most warranty claims are resolved within 7–10 business days from the time we receive your device. Replacements ship immediately once the returned unit is inspected.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@mixlar.net and we'll cancel it for a full refund. If you placed a custom order (custom housing, engraving, etc.), please reach out as soon as possible — once production has started on a custom device, cancellation may not be possible. Once any order has shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
First, make sure you're running the latest version of Mixlar One. Try a different USB port or cable. If using Bluetooth, unpair and re-pair the device. If the issue persists, contact support with your device serial number.
Yes. Our 12-month warranty applies regardless of where you purchased or where you're located. International warranty shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
The warranty is tied to the original order and is non-transferable. If you gift or sell your device, the warranty remains linked to the original purchase date and buyer.
Your serial number is printed on the bottom of the device and is also shown in your dashboard under Devices. You'll need this for warranty claims and support requests.
