Order & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you can track its progress from your dashboard. Every order moves through four stages: Paid, Processing, Shipped, and Delivered.

How to track your order

Sign in to your Mixlar Dashboard, go to Orders, and click on any order to see its current status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in your dashboard.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. International shipping times vary between 5–15 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Warranty

We want you to love your Mixlar. If it's not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Orders

Orders marked as “Sale is Final” or custom orders (such as custom housing, engraving, or special configurations) are non-returnable.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and go to Orders. Locate the order you'd like to return.
  2. Email support@mixlar.net with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Ship the device back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item.

Warranty

Every Mixlar device comes with a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage
  • Defective buttons, sliders, knobs, or encoders
  • Display or LED failures
  • Connectivity issues (USB or Bluetooth)

Filing a warranty claim

Email support@mixlar.net with your order number, device serial number, and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@mixlar.net and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Make sure you're running the latest version of Mixlar One. Try a different USB port or cable. If using Bluetooth, unpair and re-pair the device. If the issue persists, contact support with your device serial number.
Yes. Our 12-month warranty applies regardless of where you purchased or where you're located.
The warranty is tied to the original order and is non-transferable.
Your serial number is printed on the bottom of the device and is also shown in your dashboard under Devices.
