Privacy Policy.

Last updated June 18, 2026

We keep this simple on purpose. Mixlar is a small team and we have zero interest in mishandling your data. Here's exactly what we do and don't do.

This policy is provided by Reys Ventures LLC (which operates the “Mixlar” brand), 16211 N Scottsdale Rd STE A-6-A #282, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 — the entity responsible for the personal data described below.

01 What we collect

When you create a Mixlar account, place a deposit, join our mailing list, or request a custom quote, we collect your name, email address, and — for deposits — payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers). For custom program inquiries we also collect company name, quantity, and configuration details you submit.

When you browse mixlar.net, we log basic usage data in our own database: page path, referrer, hashed IP (rotated daily), browser/device type, and session identifier. This helps us understand traffic and fix issues. You can decline optional analytics via the cookie banner at the bottom of the site; essential session cookies still run so the site works.

When you use Mixlar One (our companion software), we may collect anonymous telemetry such as plugin usage frequency and crash reports. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to improve stability and performance.

02 What we do with it

We use your information exclusively for internal purposes: processing your deposit or order, sending product updates and launch news, providing customer support, and improving our products. We do not build advertising profiles, analyze your behavior for resale, or use your data for anything unrelated to Mixlar.

03 We never sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party. Your data stays with Mixlar and is used only to communicate with you and fulfill your orders.

We do not work with data brokers or run third-party ad networks. The only external services that receive your data are Stripe (payment processing), our email provider (transactional and marketing messages you've opted into), and our hosting provider (infrastructure). Each is bound by their own privacy obligations.

04 Mixlar Labs & plugins

When you browse or install plugins through Mixlar Labs, we record which plugins are installed and basic compatibility data. Plugin developers do not receive your personal information. If a plugin requires additional permissions (e.g., connecting to a third-party service), you will be prompted before any data is shared.

05 Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for session authentication and site functionality. We also run first-party page analytics (described in Section 01) unless you choose "Decline" on our cookie banner, which sets a preference cookie so we stop logging new page views from your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics networks such as Google Analytics.

06 Data security

All data transmitted to and from mixlar.net is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

07 Your rights

You can request the complete removal of your data at any time, no questions asked. You can also request a copy of all data we hold about you. Email support@mixlar.net and we will respond within two (2) business days.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data, and (for California residents) the right to know what categories of data we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

08 How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it. As a guide: waitlist and marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request removal; deposit, reservation, and order records are kept for the life of your account and for up to seven (7) years afterward to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request; and anonymous analytics and telemetry are retained in aggregate for up to twenty-six (26) months. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 07).

09 Service providers (subprocessors)

We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of trusted providers who process it on our behalf, each bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own marketing. This list may change as our services evolve; material changes are handled under Section 12.

10 California privacy & “Do Not Sell or Share”

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we have not done so in the preceding twelve (12) months. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but California residents may still exercise the rights described in Section 07 (to know, access, correct, delete, and limit use) by emailing support@mixlar.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11 Children's privacy

Mixlar is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12 Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. We won't quietly update this page and hope nobody notices.
