No. Mixlar Mix is class-compliant. Recognized instantly on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPad, and iPhone with zero setup.

Not simultaneously — when USB-C is plugged in it defaults to USB MIDI. Unplug to switch to Bluetooth.

BLE MIDI adds 3–10ms depending on host device. For critical timing, use USB-C for sub-1ms response.

Yes. The 3.5" touchscreen lets you change CC numbers, MIDI channels, note assignments, and switch profiles — all on-device.

Not at launch. Ships with MIDI 1.0 over USB CDC and BLE MIDI. MIDI 2.0 may come in a future firmware update.
